Rapidly Growing Financial company is looking for Data Entry / Customer Service Rep / Office Manager
Job Description:
-Submit and process applications for business loans
-Assist with customer inquiries by use of phone, chat, or email
-Keep Track of status of customer orders, returns, and approval status
-Initiate issue process for pre-approvals, appeals and inform of declines
Candidates will need strong communication skills and be detail oriented. Prior experience in Customer Service is a plus but NOT REQUIRED. Experience preferred but not needed willing to train the right person.
Qualifications:
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
Good solving, negotiating and customer service skills
Must be organized and accurate with attention to quality and detail
Ability to work independently but also a team player
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Experience in sales is a plus but not required - no a sales position
