Plumbing and drain cleaning company is hiring for a part time (appx 27 hrs/week) dispatcher/clerical position. This position is located in our office in Bayville, NJ. It is NOT a remote position. The position requires dependability, communicating with customers, other office staff, and technicians by telephone and e-mail. We are looking for someone with a friendly and courteous disposition to provide professional communication when dealing with our customers. Key qualification and skills required: ability to handle a fast-paced environment, ability to handle multiple phone lines (inbound and outbound), data entry, well organized, detail oriented, great communication skills, and the ability to anticipate change and respond well.
