Site & Utility Company located in Ocean County is seeking a person to assist our construction and estimating departments.
Qualifications:
Have a broad understanding of the workings of an estimating department.
Have a general understanding of construction industry terms and be familiar with a variety of field concepts,
practices, and procedures.
Gather material submittal information for submissions and maintain project folders.
Solicit quotations as needed.
Maintain updated site plan drawing rack and electronic files and associated plan log.
Being able to read and interpret a site plan is a plus.
Provide office support as needed on construction projects.
Must be able to prioritize tasks as directed and on your own.
Demonstrates flexibility to perform miscellaneous duties whenever necessary.
Must be able to analyze and compare quotes from different vendors.

Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Adobe a plus.
Agtek software or other earthwork software a plus
Familiarity with the use of Drop Box
