BACKGROUND
In 1948, the sons of Joseph and Carmela Stavola founded Stavola Contracting Co., the first Stavola company. Today, Stavola Companies remain a family-owned and operated business, consisting of four major divisions: Asphalt and Recycling Materials, Construction Materials, Contracting (heavy highway construction) and Real Estate, all located in New Jersey. What started as a company offering basement excavation and driveway paving now has 3 quarries in NJ, 2 quarries in PA, 9 asphalt plants, 3 recycling centers, and several gravel mining operations.
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
Under general supervision employee will monitor our truck drivers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Survey both Stavola truck drivers and independent truck drivers vehicular behaviors. With the use of GPS monitor driving mannerisms and determine the most practical route is used. Drive to jobsites to ensure schedule being adhered to. Review and approve weekly truckers’ timesheets.
POSITION TYPE
Full-time, night shift, typical shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM, may vary and must be available for occasional day shift.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Class D drivers’ license record
Clean drivers’ license record
Good verbal, visualize, and listening skills
Detailed oriented
General computer knowledge

High School diploma or GED
