Charter Construction Group is looking for experienced Licensed Plumbers & Licensed Electricians in the North and Central areas of New Jersey to provide single-family home renovations, turnkey work and restoration. We are a trusted partner for leading residential real estate companies, financial institutions, realtors, and investors nationwide.
We handle finding the work for you, scheduling, routing, billing, and invoicing. You handle making the repairs/renos. Our ideal candidate has previous knowledge of working as a Contractor and has a well-rounded set of skills in construction. Punctuality, professionalism, and customer service are a must.
The more time you have open for work, the more money you can earn. The pay is fair, but this is not a get rich quick job. This role is for someone who values putting in a solid day’s work and getting a solid day’s pay in return.
Requirements:
- Must have your own transportation
- Must have a current business license
- State required licenses/certifications to perform specific trade work
- Ability to register with municipalities and willingness to pull any necessary permits
- Proof of General Liability, Workers Comp, and Auto Insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
