Key Responsibilities:
Assist in various construction tasks, including site prep, material handling, and equipment operation.
Willingness to learn new skills and use construction equipment (training provided).
Perform tasks safely and efficiently while following company protocols.
Work at heights (must not be afraid of heights).
Requirements:
Experience in construction labor is a must.
Valid NJ Driver’s License and clean driving record (must be able to drive company vehicles as needed).
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
Must be willing to grow and take on new challenges in a construction trade.
Drug-free and willing to submit to drug testing.
