Monday - Friday Evenings (Saturday - Morning)
Daily Trash Removal: Empty all trash/waste baskets from all offices, common areas and restrooms. Provide and replace, each visit and remove all trash recycled trash can liners from the facility for pick up in dumpster. Replace liner in each trash receptacle. Removal includes any accumulated full bags that are no longer in the waste baskets.
Daily Vacuuming: Vacuum all carpets and hard surfaced floors, upholstered furniture, window sills, restroom, entryways, common areas and storage closets to remove all dust, debris, cob webs and particles including edges of carpets. Vacuum all dust particles.
Daily Damp Mop all ceramic, tile, or vinyl tile areas with an appropriate chemical cleaner. All common areas must be cleaned too. Remove black marks streaks from hard floors. All non-carpeted floors shall be cleaned and maintained in the same standards daily.
Daily High-Touch Surface: Disinfect all high-touch surfaces (e.g., countertops, Clean/wipe down surfaces with disinfectant door entry keypads, door phone systems, fixtures). Cleaning doorknobs, door handles, light switches, handles, If surfaces are dirty, they shall be cleaned everyday; all toilet levers, sink handles, water fountain buttons, using a detergent or soap and water prior to disinfection. For disinfection, at minimum, alcohol solutions with at least 70% alcohol, and most EPA- Registered household disinfectants and Clorox wipes are allowed.
Clean Restrooms: Disinfect all restroom fixtures with environmentally friendly antibacterial daily. Clean with earth friendly antibacterial chemical disinfectant clean and disinfectant all floors toilets and sinks so no encrustation or water rings stains or marks. Clean all toilets around and under toilet seats and rims including bathroom walls.
Workstations must be cleaned daily - Computers and monitors must be free of dust lint etc. Machines & equipment must be wiped down daily. Exam room tables must be cleaned and sheets changed daily. Office must be in order and ready for business the next day.
Wipe all mirrors and windows daily.
Kitchens and break rooms must be kept clean daily. Wipe down all tables and chairs. Disinfect all tables and chairs. Clean all sink areas. Restock condiments, paper and sanitizers as needed. DO NOT LET THEM GO LOW.
Bilingual Spanish OK - Must Speak English - Must Have Valid NJ Drivers License - Must Have Reliable Vehicle
Must be able to take directions and follow instructions completely.
Must be reliable and coachable. Prior Supervisor Experience Preferred.
