Cleaner Needed

Hi! I am looking for a cleaner to join my team! I have a crew with me and one other cleaner however soon we will be very busy and need a 3rd cleaner to join us. Must have residential cleaning experience and must have a car i would consider if you had dependable transportation however prefer someone with a car. The houses we clean are mostly maintenance cleans but we do also do move out, construction, rentals, etc. I need part time for march and april and then full time starting end of May beginning of June. We work Mon- Fri with Saturdays starting in June. I can be flexible with schedule if only want to work part time even in summer. But if part time in summer as well would require at least 3 days. I do training pay for 1-2 weeks to see how you clean and teach how i clean. It could be less training time if have experience! Training pay $15 an hour after training based on experience for reg easy maintenance cleans $16-$20 an hour we meet at meeting spot at 830-845 am and i drive my car to houses using my gas and supplies so just need to bring yourself! I pay for the time in house cleaning and also a little bit of drive time but not all of drive time. Pay can be discussed but would be depend on experience. I pay cash at the end of each day. For deep cleanings and construction cleans i pay anywhere from 22$-30an hour depending on condition of the clean. If interested we will setup interview to meet and then your first day cleaning will be like a working interview to confirm experience and efficiency in cleaning. Thank you!
