Our scope of work ranges from Kitchen and Bath Remodels to Custom Home Building, and everything in between. We have a showroom/design center that we sell kitchen cabinets and countertops as well as tile and flooring. We are a family-oriented business, and we are looking to add to our family. When we hire it is for the long-term with growth potential. You never have to worry about your check being on time or running out of work since we are booked for months in advance.
We are looking for Helpers/Laborers also that have a Driver's License and eager to learn a trade. Self-motivation is required, will train the right individuals.
We are looking for team members that are proficient in the following.
Framing (stringers and rafters)
Exterior Applications (Siding, Azek, Decking)
Trim/Moldings/Crown/Doors
Kitchens and Bathrooms (Cabinets)
Punchlist items
Tile
You do not need to have experience in all of these categories, but most of them.
We are hiring LEAD Carpenters and Remodelers
LEAD DEFINITION(means you can handle a job from start to finish with little oversight, can work well on your own or with others. Its walking onto a jobsite at any time and knowing the next step(order of operations)
We work in Ocean County primarily.
