Social Worker (part-time) with current C.S.W. or L.S.W. degree; minimum 3 years experience. Comfort with nutritional approaches preferred.
Provide part-time home support in Red Bank, NJ to a female senior (approximately 10 hours per week – weekdays only)
Assist with carrying out daily meal preparation; ensure adherence to detailed healthy living regimen
Train on use of iPhone / laptop to communicate via text and email independently
Provide transportation to appointments in local area, as needed
Medication and vitamin supplement management – ensure medications and supplements are prepared/organized and taken as required, in close collaboration with family members
Maintain ongoing communication with family members and colleagues
Perform other home care duties as assigned
