Our team members are outgoing and friendly with an incredible drive for exceeding guests expectations and providing the best possible service. Candidates must have a very warm and approachable personality with a true desire to be phenomenal at your job. We will teach the proper steps of service to a candidate with the right attitude.
At The Mill Lakeside Manor we pride ourselves in our high-end formal white glove service. We combine this amazing service with a high-energy atmosphere in order to fully encompass a lively, yet still elegant, environment.
This is a great opportunity to work part-time with a flexible schedule mostly on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, in a beautiful facility with friendly people and a personally rewarding environment with room to grow.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Extroverted with drive for pleasing guests

Attentive with good listening skills
Hospitable and always puts the guest and the service first
Open minded and has a passion to be the best
Must be available at least 2 days most weekends
Must be responsible and always punctual
