Line Cook - Full or Part Time Available/Day & Night Shifts Available
Great Hourly Pay plus tip incentive
All employees offered an end of season bonus contingent upon performance & staying the entire season.
Job Requirements:
· 2 plus years’ experience in a high volume kitchen
· Great knife skills and prep
· Ability to cross work Sauté, Grill, Fry, Pantry
· Seafood skills a plus
· Great Verbal communication
· Food and Safety knowledge
· Can work in an outside environment
· Can stand on feet for long periods of time and lift over 25lbs
· Excellent Work Ethic
Position is seasonal beginning May through October
Candidate can potentially become all year at our other restaurant if proven throughout the season
No seafood allergies touching seafood
Must have no long vacations planned for the season
