The Turning Point is a daytime only breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant, who wouldn't love to be home at night? We are a growing company, with 16 locations in NJ and PA and more on the way.
We are looking for the leaders of the Turning Point, Assistant, and General Managers. Company growth opportunities are available, as over 50% of our managers have been moved up from within the company. We pride ourselves on maintaining a great quality of life with no nights and always have two days off a week.
Paid vacation and store level profit sharing bonuses determined upon hiring and during performance reviews
Corporate training in a training location where you will learn all aspects of the Turning Point and our culture
An example of some of the responsibilities:
Always interviewing & hiring, looking for "eggceptional" employees
Create a fun and rewarding environment for your staff
Ensure all guests are given the Turning Point experience from start to finish
Consistently monitor the restaurants budget and finances
Use of computer software: Aloha, NCR, and Compeat
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of two years restaurant experience
Possess clear effective verbal & written communication skills
Willingness to learn the Turning Point culture and exude that culture with confidence
Managers work 45-55 hours a week and are "hands on"
