Job Description: Are you a talented chef ready to ready to make your mark? If so, we’re excited to hear from you! As we gear up to refresh our menu for the Spring/Summer season, we’re looking for innovative ideas with a spirited approach. In this role, you will lead the coordination, direction, and oversight of dish production, plating, and presentation, ensuring everything meets our safety and budget standards. You’ll also assist the GM in managing labor costs. This position will primarily focus on production (80%), with some administrative responsibilities (20%).
