Woody’s Ocean Grille (Sea Bright) is a well-established “semi-seasonal” year-round restaurant (busier in summer but steady year-round). You’d be joining a very well-established staff that simply needs leadership. If you’re energetic, positive, and easy-going with a very well-tempered attitude we’re looking to meet you.
Pay is very competitive and is negotiable….as are the hours (rarely any late nights even in summer). Vacation time with 2days off p/week. We’re closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter and Super Bowl Sunday….and we close early NYE.
Your Role:
Oversee all daily restaurant operations.
Lead, mentor and motivate staff.
Ensure top-notch guest experiences.
Keep things running smoothly
o No need to re-invent the world. We have a strong FOH and BOH staff.
Manage day-to-day operations
Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Help with managing costs, optimize profitability.
Handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Help recruit, train, and develop staff.
5-day schedule
Weekends (can rotate some)
50/55hours p/week
You Should Have:
Experience as a Restaurant General Manager/Manager.
Strong leadership and people skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A drive for results and customer satisfaction.
