Job Requirements:
Looking for a candidate who has a passion for the food and beverage industry. BOH and FOH experience is always a plus. This is a great opportunity and position for anyone looking to earn extra income during the summer season. Candidates must be able to delegate and train, and handle a large amount of pressure. We are an extremely busy venue during our season. We look forward to meeting you!
· Professional, upbeat attitude
· Neat and presentable at all times, uniform always clean
· Can stand on feet for long periods, work outdoors and be able to lift 25 lbs or more
· Punctuality a must
· Clear speaking skills
· Organized and works well under pressure
· Ability to learn the menu
· Team Player and can handle taking direction
Position is seasonal beginning in May through October
No seafood allergies touching seafood
Must have no long vacations planned for the season
