Candidates must display a professional attitude towards members and employees at all times. At Spring Lake Golf Club, we assure that our program will be a learning experience for the individual, and will teach all possible jobs relating to Food and Beverage and Special Events.
Key Responsibilities of the Expo:
Ability to speak to members and guests
Willingness to learn and grow with the team
Communicates with Servers/Food Runners and receives directions from Servers and Managers.
Works extensively with the BOH and FOH to manage the flow of service.
Check for presentation and quality of items before sending them out of the kitchen.
Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests.
Understand all menus in detail.
Maintains organized workstation and side work duties.
Knowledge in our point of sales system.
Follows established standards for greeting, food delivery and general service techniques.
Ability to carry heavy trays when necessary.
Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
Performs other duties as required.

Regular and reliable attendance
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Ability to problem solve swiftly and stay calm under pressure
