We're seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused counter person to join our team at Taste Of Italy, the premier Italian market with two locations in Tinton Falls. As a counter person, you'll be the face of our markets, providing exceptional service to our customers and making every experience a delicious one.
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing food service role preparing and assembling a variety of hot and cold subs, wraps and paninis.
Slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables.
Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
Cleaning and maintaining all work areas.
Ability to answer phones and take orders.
