Position: Counter Help
Location: Manasquan, NJ
Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and accommodate any special needs or requests.
Take orders with accuracy and process transactions (cash and credit cards).
Prepare coffee and other beverages to customer specifications.
Keep the counter and dining area clean and well-stocked.
Assist with food preparation as needed and ensure food safety standards are always met.
Work effectively in a team environment to deliver quick and friendly service.
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to maintain a flow of service.
Requirements:
No previous experience required; we’re willing to train the right candidate.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to assigned shifts.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
