We are seeking a dedicated and organized Storage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facility. Duties
Manage overall operations of the storage facility, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
Utilize cash register and POS systems for transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
Conduct interviews for new hires, contributing to the recruitment process by selecting qualified candidates.
Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all areas.
Implement administrative procedures to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections.
Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within a storage or warehouse environment.
