What You’ll Do
Lead the Flow– Oversee each job from groundbreaking to punch-out: verify deliveries, coordinate subcontractors, and follow simple checklists.
Capture Progress– Take smartphone photos, complete brief site reports, and text or email daily updates.
Bridge Communication– Greet homeowners, answer basic questions, and relay their feedback to our office.
Safeguard Quality– Spot minor issues early, confirm milestones, and keep everyone on schedule.

Solid DIY or Trade Background required—you know how a house comes together and can spot the difference between “done” and “done right.”
