Insurance Agency Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- Handle policy endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other policy-related transactions with attention to detail and adherence to internal procedures.
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and guide them through the claims process, including documentation submission and communication with claims adjusters.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date client records, policy files, and documentation in the agency management system.
- Assist in premium invoicing, billing inquiries, and payment processing to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Generate reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed to support agency operations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred but not required
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is desirable but not required
- Strong Computer Skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work on site.
