Our client, a growing marketing firm, is seeking an Enrollment Representative to join their team! Our client sets daily, weekly, and monthly goals and provides ongoing training to ensure success while providing incentives like monetary bonuses, pizza parties, and early dismissals!
Position Overview:
The Enrollment Representative will perform outbound calls to ask prequalifying questions, educate clients on products and services and enroll clients into their program. Candidates should be eager to exceed sales goals, work in a collaborative environment and make customers happy.
Responsibilities of the Enrollment Representative:
Responsible for calling clients and identifying their eligibility to enroll in the program
Educate clients about services and products and ensuring they are receiving excellent customer service
Follow up on warm leads to expand overall business
Qualifications of the Enrollment Representative:
Must be well-spoken, customer oriented, and have a great phone presence
Experience working in phone sales or unselling products preferred
Highly motivated, outgoing, goal-oriented candidates encouraged to apply!
Basic computer knowledge required
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
