Your Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in understanding their situations and introducing them to the solutions we offer. Your empathetic approach and ability to clearly explain our process will help clients feel at ease during what can be a stressful time.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and engage with leads to understand their needs and circumstances.

Provide clear, concise information about our home-buying process.

Build rapport with clients, offering a friendly and reassuring presence.

Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with our team to continuously improve client experience.

Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills, with a pleasant and patient phone manner.

Ability to listen empathetically and respond to client needs effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
