Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Lakewood, NJ. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers by providing information and resolving issues, addressing customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Daily tasks will include answering calls, responding to emails, and managing customer accounts. Additionally, the role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-up on all customer inquiries.

Customer Experience and Customer Service skills
Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
