Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Concierges (Part-Time) with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. We have openings at our Long Branch location.
Shifts: Friday - Saturday 11pm - 7am
Pay Rate: $15.13/hr.
The ideal candidate will have superior experience in the following areas including, but not limited to:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Meet/Greet residents and guests to determine the nature of their visit.
-Direct guests and visitors to appropriate destination
-Check-in and announce incoming guests.
-Receiving packages and deliveries
-Resolve complaints from residents/guests.
-Perform basic clerical duties: answering telephones, faxing, copying, etc.
-Folding and washing towels
-Light organization/cleaning of assigned work area.
Requirements:
-MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
-Must have prior Front Desk/Office environment experience
-Ability to build positive relationships with high level of interpersonal skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
-Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality.
-Must be able to lift boxes up to 50 pounds.
-Must be able to work and stand on your feet for several hours.
-Must be proficient in handling office equipment including complex multiple lined telephones, printers, copy machines, etc.
-Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours.
-Must pass comprehensive background checks.
-Support the organization vision, mission and core values of the company.

Full Time Employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days with a 40k match after one year of employment.
