Construction Roofing Company seeking Full-Time Commercial Roofing Sales/Project Manager
Estimator:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications to calculate material requirements/costs.
Ability to independently develop new leads and new customers.
Ability to assess customer concerns/needs, inspect roof, measure roof, produce basic drawings and roof layout, communicate with vendors and subcontractors, and produce/distribute professional estimate without the help of others.
Ability to perform roof condition assessments to generate recommendations for customer. Generate estimate based on recommendations.
Attend pre-bid meetings
Reviews all aspects of the job with the Project Superintendent; including but not limited to, customer expectations, rules and regulations, safety and OSHA
Responsibilities:
Residential/Commercial Sales
Primary Responsibility: Prepare cost estimates for commercial/residential roof projects of all sizes and submit bid to contractors and clients; emphasis on commercial work. Oversee project from bid award until completion.
Supervise Service Crews:
Responsible for doing Pre-job and post-job inspections
Scheduling labor crews to job sites
Manage communication with customers
Qualifications:
Requires excellent leadership, communication, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and problem solving skills
Must possess a valid driver's license
Supervisory/Sales experience in roofing/construction
Good Working knowledge of roofing procedures and safety
Bilingual in Spanish a Plus
