Skills
- Minimum 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years of relevant experience with various Scheduling tools and technologies.
- Good understanding of file movement and management through Tidal and external to Tidal using ssh/sftp and putty. Ability to troubleshoot and setup Private/Public key authorization is critical to the role.
- Hands on experience in installing Tidal Agents & Master components and in performing hot fix installations, Tidal upgrades & migration.
- Understanding of monitoring options for all jobs, including alerting, messaging and escalation based on application SLAs using Tidal or Autosys
- Responsibility for overseeing the restart and rerun of all production jobs
- Experience creating and maintaining accurate documentation, including all job dependencies, and the development and maintenance of standard operation procedures
