- Support the IGA, SSO and PAM operational teams with BAU services like Service request management, incident management, problem tickets and SoP. Responsible for all application provisioning for apps within NJ estate.
- 4+ years of relevant IAM experience working with IIQ 7.x or 8.x , Identity integrations, including one or more of Active Directory, LDAP, Okta and other cloud/federated Identity Management systems.
- SailPoint experience is key.
- Good understanding of IGA functions like provisioning, access request management, application entitlements, AD group and exchange administration using scripts/IGA tools.
- Handle P1, P2 and L3/L4 tasks specific to user account administration of various Windows and AIX accounts.
- Proven experience in managing SailPoint infrastructure, on-boarding of applications, health check monitoring, policy and password management, certifications, workflows, work items and rules.
- Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with business and technology stakeholders. Plan and execute ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements
