If you have a knack for bringing the power of data to key stakeholders that can change the game, then this opportunity is for you!Job summary:The Quant Analytics Senior Associate will help manage and support analytical data exploration as well as reporting outcomes for JPMC Private Client. This is an individual contributor role that will partner with Private Client Operations and Controls teams to solve business problems utilizing data-driven approaches. Your role will encompass ad-hoc deep dives, portfolio assessments, and performance analysis with a focus on controls execution and monitoring. You will work directly with our internal clients to develop, implement, and track strategic initiatives from a data & analytics perspective. This role requires strong analytical and technical skills, resourcefulness, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.Job responsibilities:

Adept at communicating and interfacing with senior stakeholders, leveraging a blend of analytical skills and business acumen to drive impactful results that inform strategic decisions.

Improve and/or assess processes and controls in support of business results

Lead execution of KPIs, trend analysis, and dashboards to improve and monitor business function performance

Project ownership and development from inception to completion, encompassing tasks such as gathering detailed requirements, data preparation, result generation, and data visualization.

Commitment to iterative development, with a proven ability to engage and update stakeholders bi-weekly or as necessary ensuring alignment, feedback incorporation, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Uphold the highest standards of data integrity and security, aligning with both internal and external regulatory requirements and compliance protocols

Advocate for domain specific data needed to monitor performance, targeting and execution, and other analytical support for business goals

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Masters in a related field, or Bachelors with 3+ years of experience in a related discipline (Computer Science, Operational Research, Physics, Mathematics, Neuroscience, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Other Sciences etc.) or equivalent

Strong proficiency in statistical packages and data tools, including SQL and Tableau

Strong proficiency in Data Mining & Visualization

Strong proficiency in Advanced Statistical methods and concepts, predictive modeling, time series forecasting, text mining

Experience in Cloud and Big Data platforms such as Snowflake

Strong story telling capabilities including communicating complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences of varying levels in the organization

Strong commitment to iterative development, with a proven ability to engage and update stakeholders bi-weekly or as necessary, ensuring alignment, feedback incorporation, and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Proficiency in Python and Alteryx are preferred

AWS, Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Apache Spark, are a plus
