LOB Specific Description:Manages medium-large projects relating to corporate change initiatives impacting multiple business units, product lines, or business processes. Projects require cross-divisional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation. Manages initiatives directed toward single function or process change within a department or division. Ensures effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions. Effectively analyzes information, incorporates client problems and concerns, develops and implements solutions.Impact: Change initiatives are limited in scope to department products, processes or functions, but may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Projects may have significant impact on the ability of the department to effectively deliver products or services.Enterprise Role Overview: This job code is only to be used for those associates in Global Operations, supporting GCIB. Associates typically demonstrate the following: have familiarity with the DMAIC process; manage design or redesign of projects; integrate best practices with process design initiatives; use Six Sigma methodologies in daily activities; work closely with clients to map processes and identify alternatives; develop implementation plans and work with clients to define scope of projects; effectively communicate with clients; proficient in business redesign concepts, practices and techniques. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified. Required Skills: ( Must have these skills to be minimally qualified)- Experience managing design or redesign of projects; integrate best practices with process design initiatives;
- Familiarity with Agile; work closely with clients to map processes and identify alternatives; develop implementation plans and work with clients to define scope of projects
- Effectively communicate with clients
- Proficient in business redesign concepts, practices and techniques
- 5 years of Securities Operations Experience and/or 5 years in a Change Management role in Securities
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions.

- Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner.
