Insurance Brokers team.Your RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a National Non-Marine Insurance Programs Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the supervision and management of commercial insurance programs, with a focus on property, liability, and Directors & Officers (D&O) insurance. You will ensure compliance with insurance law requirements, oversee risk management, and coordinate tasks within the Nacora Group. Oversee and manage insurance programs, focusing on property, liability, and D&O insurance.
Collaborate with the USA Managing Director on placement, conception, and compliance of insurance programs.
Monitor and ensure ongoing processing, further development, and market observation of insurance programs.
Implement and maintain effective insurance risk management strategies.
Handle major losses in "non-marine" lines of business and provide necessary support.
Provide commentary on insurance clauses from CN customer contracts at the group level.
Coordinate customer policies with local NACORA sales representatives.
Maintain and update a knowledge platform for insurance-related information.
Ensure thorough documentation of policies and insurance solutions provided.
Manage and oversee tenders related to insurance programs.
Your Skills and Experiences
University degree with a business or legal background.
Proven experience in the management of commercial insurance programs.
Valid USA Property & Casualty (P & C) license.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
