Lead and manage AI-related projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Manage tasks related to use case testing, adhering to project milestones and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Evaluate AI use cases and make recommendations to support the firm's AI goals.
Oversee AI pilot onboarding and off-boarding of attorneys and business professionals.
Research AI solutions in the market, comparing functionalities and assessing suitability.
Provide consulting support to Product teams implementing LLM solutions.
Develop and maintain Operating Models for AI solution delivery.
Communicate proactively with attorneys and vendors to assess use case successes and challenges.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Understanding of project management principles; experience is beneficial but not required.
Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn about AI technologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
