MUST HAVES: Minimum 3+ years solid hands-on Sitecore Development experience, with Lead Sitecore Developer experience

Lead Sitecore Developer skills Lead Sitecore developer is expected to be responsible for collaborating with architect on design, be hands on development and oversee offshore developers. Should be able to work on virtually all phases of application development and capable of independently carrying out all essential development tasks.
