Project Architects! – We are offering the opportunity to work on some of the state’s most exciting and steady projects all through the area!The Position : We’re looking for the state’s best and brightest Architects to work on one of New Jersey’s most popular projects! K-12 Schools! This opportunity will require you to work on projects in all phases of the Architectural process utilizing the Revit software!Requirements For the Role:
Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree from an accredited college required
Professional Experience working within Revit
2-5 years of experience as a designer or architect for small to large-scale architectural projects
K-12/ Higher Educational and/or Public Work experience is a MUST - 85% of the work is with NJ schools
The ability to effectively maintain records and files and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously will be instrumental in our success
Responsibilities:
Coordinate surveying of sites and buildings, interior and exterior.
Attend design meetings and develop a bond with our Clients.
Consult with our clients to determine their needs including the functional and spatial requirements for each respective project.
Monitor and manage all design requests but most of all the Client Relationship.
Manage the creation of bid documents - Design Development and Construction Documents, including:
Implementing the design into a legible, consistent, coordinated set of Drawings.
