Our culture in Risk Management and Compliance is all about thinking outside the box, challenging the status quo and striving to be best-in-class.As a Compliance Risk Management Senior Officer within the Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) team, part of Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR), you will play a crucial role in supporting Global Banking. Your duties will encompass liaising with internal stakeholders on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory requirements and firmwide policies. Operating globally across the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB), you will be responsible for identifying and escalating control-related issues. Your role will necessitate a deep understanding and experience in Compliance, including Know Your Customer (KYC), and the ability to forge robust partnerships with Line of Business (LOB) and global/regional Compliance teams.Job Responsibilities

Assist with review and approval of time-sensitive LOB exceptions and escalations

Provide guidance to Wholesale KYC Operations regarding renewals and onboarding

Support coordination and administration of AML governance processes

Develop presentations to communicate issues, recommendations, and status of initiatives

Maintain detailed metrics to support internal and external reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree required

3+ years BSA/AML and KYC Compliance or other related experience such as risk management or audit

Ability to identify emerging compliance risks with emphasis on AML and KYC

Strong organizational and project-management skills

Ability to establish credibility, strong partnerships, and influence corporate partners globally

Possess strong written and oral communication skills as well as relationship-management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Ability to work both independently and as a core team member

Self-starter, highly organized, with prior experience managing time-sensitive deliverables

Ability to challenge the status quo by providing critical and analytical thinking

Strong decision-making capabilities to identify and escalate problems as well as develop creative solutions
