Client Relationship Managers play a key role in our growth and are tasked with rapid business expansion within their assigned account(s) including managing business development and delivery objectives top and bottom line P&L customer satisfaction and the overall Account relationship for one or more key account(s). They will lead a team of account managers and possibly other Client Relationship Managers to perform technical program and project management of geographically disbursed teams using established criteria and professional standards and work with architecture teams to deliver full-life cycle technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablishing and managing Account relationship with key decision makersEstablishing and building trust and leverage Account context by understanding Accounts overall business goalsCollaborate with various internal teams to achieve the targetsBuild lead and mentor the teamBuild relationships with Accounts to improve Cognizant's footprint in the industryDemonstrate strategic vision and depth to outgrow the competition and position Cognizant as the Director of choice for the Account's overall account to include work quality and customer satisfaction Contribute to new business development efforts in other verticals and facilitate those offerings Required Skills:Minimum 5 years' experience managing a Account P&L and growing it to at least $25M+ including reporting and metric assessment for the accountInsurance domain knowledge and experienceMinimum 15 years' experience in an Account facing role or account leadership role in the IT professional services or management consulting firmRequired ExperienceDemonstrated ability in account/engagement management in a consulting/IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industryExperience in having successfully responded to driven RFPs, Proactive and reactive proposal to win and deliver services in Digital, Cloud and Data for large P&C customersExperience running a P&L of $15 to $20M dollars with success in growth and service diversification in a global delivery modelExcellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skillsExcellent ability and skills to influence and communicate effectively with business collaborators up to the C-Suite and deliver thought leadership topicsBachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePreferred ExperienceMS or MBA degreeExperience in having worked in all aspects of application development and service deliveryShown ability to supply to new business development efforts on cloud, data and SaaS applicationsMust be detail oriented and able to handle and maintain all facets of complex assignments.Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the skills to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implicationsDemonstrate the flexibility to work among diverse corporate environments, industries, and technical and non-technical audiencesTop Reasons to Join UsExcellent compensation/benefits.
