Join the Planning & Analysis (P&A) Innovation and Transformation Team that is tasked with defining the book of work by coordinating with senior management and stakeholders across Financial Analysis, Corporate Technology, and lines of business. The Team partners with Corporate Technology to ensure quality delivery of solutions by leveraging an Agile software development lifecycle.As a Senior Associate in a Business Intelligence Architect role within the Financial Analytics team, you will be responsible for solution design and implementation of strategic financial analytics and reporting and future state forecast aggregation products. Current scope BI tool suits include Oracle Essbase, Atoti, Alteryx, Tableau, Anaplan, FluenceXL and Databricks etc.Job responsibilities

Lead to design and implement future state solution for financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting and analysis products with modernized cloud base BI tool suits

Partner with Technology and various Products teams in an Agile work stream while meeting program goals and deadlines

Create financial business cases / user personas to support various business initiatives

Engage with line of business, operations, and project partners to gather process improvements

Lead to design / build new models, reports and dashboards to efficiently deliver the financial results to senior management

Collaborate with business and tech partners to deliver analytic solutions of month-end results, the forecast for the remainder of the year, and the budget for future years

Manage relations, communicating and presenting to various levels of stakeholders

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Finance or a subject of a data / technical nature

3+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, and/or Technology background.

Advanced experience in two or more of the current scope toolsets including Essbase, Atoti, Alteryx, Tableau, Anaplan, FluenceXL and Databricks

Advanced skills in cloud base BI solutions such as AWS

Inquisitive, enthusiastic and diligent, and capable of challenging peers

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly

Highly motivated and able to thrive and think clearly under pressure and tight deadlines

Integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information

Team player with the ability to be respected as a trusted partner for the Product, Technology, and FP&A teams

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent time management/prioritization skills

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Possess project management skills, including ability to develop project plans, roadmaps, and status reports with proficiency in project management software (Jira and Confluence, a plus)

Experience using UX Design Tools (e.g., Balsamiq) a plus

Finance / Planning & Analysis experience preferred
