- Develop deep understanding of current business, industry context, regulatory context, future vision, organizational change capabilities and c-suite vision
- Apply strategic thought process and analytical approach to shaping future state business and product strategy at DTCC
- Develop enterprise-wide, cross-product and business unit specific strategies that will drive investment decisions and strategic roadmaps
- Lead large and multifunctional workstreams and projects to design solutions that deliver expected argument and value proposition (risk, resilience, complexity, reuse, total cost of ownership etc.)
- Display effectiveness in applying frameworks and structure to "ill structured" problems and issues and making the ambitious decisions needed to address the enterprise and/or business divisions priorities to ultimately bring out the best of the organization
- Synthesize analysis into clear recommendations and findings that contribute value
- Drive innovation by finding opportunities to digitize and leverage best-in-class technologies and methodologies, including AI/ML, data analytics, intelligent automation, process reengineering, etc., to enhance DTCC products and solutions
- Foster a culture of entrepreneurship, reuse and collaboration across business units
- Create effective working relationships with senior managers and key subject matter authorities
- Be an agent of change and modernization by demonstrating innovative thinking and leadership
- Lead meetings, workshops and presentations with senior management
- Evolve business architecture relationships, approaches, deliverables, tooling and operating model
- Prioritize book of work and allocate resources based on senior management business priorities
- Responsible for talent hiring, management and development
- Fosters a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk

- 15+ years minimum or related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with master's or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise and proved track record in leading and delivering on sizeable portfolio of enterprise-wide and business unit specific initiatives in business architecture, enterprise architecture, and/or business/product strategy
- Ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
- Strong leadership and experience of line management of large teams (direct and matrixed)
- Experience in banking, capital markets, or financial services organizations preferred
- Experience in management consulting at premier firms advising clients on strategic issues
- Experience in developing product strategy and delivering transformation
- Ability in working effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
- Experience in change management and leading transformation initiatives
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (ability to engage with C-suite and senior partners internal and external)
- Proficient with Excel & PowerPoint
