- Understand and document the customer master data flow between various applications.
- Work with downstream systems to finalize and document file formats and layouts
- Define and document the integration requirements
- Having good communication skills and the ability to represent the Customer Mater team in meetings with Downstream systems
- Should have excellent communication presentation skills
- Documenting processes and maintaining data records
