Coordinate parts tracking, inventory control/turn in, and issue resolution
Support office invoicing and customer service
Handle basic daily shipping and receiving responsibilities
Order products for customers not in stock
Deliver parts to multiple locations
Monitor, react and respond to customer needs
Effectively communication with customers and staff
QualificationsPosition Requirements:
Strong analytical and computer skills
High School Diploma or GED
Great Safety Record and Clean MVR
Ability to Speak & Read English to Converse with the General Public, understand Highway Traffic & Signals, Respond to Official Questions & Make Legible Entries on Reports & Records
Read & Understand a Map
Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent customer service skills; strong verbal and written communication
Prior experience in dealership / automotive /parts retail office environment
Lifting Requirements: 5 – 25 lbs.
Requires moderate level of physical activity
