Description We are in search of an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the education sector at our Iselin, New Jersey location. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including handling paperwork, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient operation of the unit. Responsibilities: Oversee the completion and routing of various paperwork, including travel and mileage reimbursement forms, purchase requisitions, check requests, and honorarium forms Prepare and maintain necessary files for efficient operation Perform data entry tasks and generate reports as required Maintain logs and databases for the unit and compile reports as needed Handle both internal and external mail and maintain an accurate filing system Act as a liaison between the unit and internal and external agencies Ensure effective verbal communication between the unit and other departments Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment Contribute to and support the goals and objectives of the unit Adhere to all compliance standards. Skills: Proficient in Management System, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word Experience with About Time and C-Suite Excellent customer service skills Proficient in data entry Exceptional correspondence skills.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word. Experience with the Management System and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Ability to handle C-Suite correspondence with professionalism and discretion. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to all stakeholders. Experience with Data Entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of 'About Time' software would be an advantage. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate administrative tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently when required.
