The Project Management Lead – Healthy Member Behaviors is responsible for the coordination of all work efforts and associated workstreams for the Healthy Member Behavior (“HMB”) strategy in Individual Markets. This role will require working across all workstreams within the Individual Markets organization and key enterprise business partners (IT, Data, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Tax, etc.) to ensure successful implementation and execution of the strategy, as well as evolution of the strategy across business divisions (i.e. life products, DI products, annuity products, and ultimately Group products as appropriate). This role will have accountability for ensuring clarity and coordination across streams, and will be responsible for ensuring clarity of key landmarks, identification, ratification, and syndication of key decisions; and identification and driving resolution of decision blockers.You are

A seasoned project manager that can lead across functional boundaries to drive execution, change and transformation. You can operate in an ambiguous environment; steer team leads and drive decisioning in high pressure, fast paced work under tight deadlines. You have the ability to see big picture goals and quickly zoom into, and prioritize micro details on a day-to-day basis; and identify and surface key execution issues and align large teams of colleagues around a common vision.

You will

Build strong partnerships with IM, IT, Legal, Marketing and Data business leaders and subject matter experts to prioritize and drive tactics supporting the HMB strategy

Build and develop strong working relationships across the business and corporate partners.

Create effective forum for coordination across all workstreams.

Ensure transparent and up-to-date communication on priorities, landmarks, blockers and decisions across the HMB strategy workstreams.

Establish key performance measurements and continually measure and report on portfolio and overall project/program health status.

Work across workstreams/workstream leads to ensure appropriate work prioritization and cadencing.

Support vendor management efforts with HMB platform partner(s) and rewards partners.

You have

Demonstrated strong portfolio management and ability to manage portfolio execution with broader perspective of end-to-end delivery including technology and business resources.

Demonstrated ability in strategic leadership of project management and business execution of complex initiatives.

Working knowledge of individual life insurance, individual disability and wealth management businesses and distribution preferred.

PMI Project Management certification or equivalent preferred.

Proven ability to manage, align and get results through key partners and resources across organizations boundaries

Proven results in accelerating impact and leading change

Salary Range$126,970.00 - $208,600.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
