Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Program Analyst and Coordinator for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Financial Services clients . R EMOTE role working EST hours . W2 ONLY contract No third party C2C. Responsibilities :
- As the Program Analyst and Coordinator, you will be part of a team that enables delivery on a critical global technology program
- You will focus on tracking and monitoring progress across a global program ensuring workstream deliverables are being met
- Provide detailed analytical support and input to the Project and Program Manager on issues of average to difficult complexity
- Responsible for assisting and maintaining production of relevant management reporting, board materials, financial and resource metrics to facilitate the overall health of the IT Program.
- Provide program wide management information across the work streams being undertaken by the Program Management team.
- Tracking program schedule development, program control, risk management practices and issues, and program documentation processing and archiving
- Monitor critical project KPI's, to ensure the program is supporting its goals and objectives
- Design, develop and establishes key reporting standards and maintain documents that support the program deliverables using skills such as PowerPoint & Excel techniques - Pivots, V-lookups.
- Inspire and foster an environment of cooperation between different functions and colleagues across lines of business
- Provide Program support to IT Integration Program Manager, Project Managers and Stakeholders
- Recording of meeting minutes, decisions and progress on actions arising from meetings
- Actively inputting into ways of continuing to develop governance and program meetings to meet the needs of the stakeholders
- Develop & maintain presentational information on behalf of the Program Management team e.g. PowerPoint decks
- Meets regularly to review metrics behind projects; in particular consistency of data
- Management of activities to improve overall program quality through the use of process, tools and education.
- Program Status, Finance & Resource Reporting
- Engage with the project team to gain the understanding of and to collect and collate the required information to produce the weekly/monthly/quarterly dashboards, metrics and reports.
- Identify required areas to monitor, engage with the appropriate project and program managers and teams, understand and analyze the information provided and prepare the clear, concise, timely and accurate reports/presentations required for effective monitoring and decision making by the relevant boards.
- Assist in the reporting of project financials, based on multiple inputs including project financial documents, financial extracts and departmental BAU forecast and actual information.
- Assist in the tracking of variances across the Program
- Liaise with portfolio/project managers to ensure financial information is up-to-date and accurate
- Collaboration across towers and finance teams to ensure the information tracked in the finance form is updated and relevant
- 3-6 years experience with Bachelors degree, or 1-2 years of experience with relevant degree or certification
- Demonstrate strong analytical and Excel skills and an ability to analyze data sets
- Proactive and quick learner
- Microsoft Office, specially advanced capabilities in Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables), PowerPoint
- Strong communication (verbal and written)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Awareness & experience of Information/Cyber Security would be a plus but not required
- Awareness & experience of data protection requirements & regulations also a plus but not required
