Plan, lead, and perform internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 procedures in accordance with the client’s audit plan, risk management strategy and EY’s internal audit and SOX 404 methodologies. Identify key risks and mitigating factors of potential investments, such as asset types and values, legal and ownership structures, professional reputations, customer bases, or industry segments. Devise systems and processes to monitor validity of risk modeling outputs. Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds.Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks.
