- Product Manager will develop the product strategy and vision based on the overall NICE, division and line of business strategy and market analysis
- Be responsible to gather, map and prioritize market challenges, features, and product requirements from all stakeholders (e.g. customers, partners, R&D, sales, services, competition, analysts, regulations), balancing short-term commitments, customer needs and long-term roadmap
- Own the Cloud product strategy and vision based on overall NICE, division and LoB/BU strategy and market analysis
- Ensure products meets customer expectations and achieve target CSAT
- Own and communicate the high level and detailed product roadmap
- Collaborate with marketing, presales, sales, partners and customers to drive business, maintain product knowledge and ensure clear communication
- Define product launch and end-of-life
- Maintain up to date product demo environments mirroring current market messaging
- Collaborate with R&D on delivery of the product backlog with high quality taking time to market into mind
- Manage partner activities for OEM products including build/buy assessment, pricing, technical integration specifics, ongoing roadmap planning
- SaaS
- Cloud technology - e.g AWS/Azure
- Unified Communications
- Telecommunications industry
- Voice recording industry, including trader voice
- Regulatory Compliance as applied to financial services communications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, preferably Computer Science or Engineering
- MBA preferred
