Serenity Hospice provides caring and compassionate hospice care services to patients and families throughout New Jersey. Our mission is to alleviate pain and symptoms; foster a state of calmness and harmony; and encourage an appreciation of family, friends, and life experiences.Serenity Hospice is looking to add a motivated and passionate Transitional Care Manager to generate new business, maintain and build new relationships as well as develop sales and marketing strategies to further our presence in the community.This position covers NJ, PA., NY. This specialized and dynamic position is responsible for the direct sales and marketing of Serenity Hospice’s 14-bed Inpatient Unit located within a hospital in Mercer County, NJ. The overall territory covers the tri-state area, with particular focus on hospitals, large scale physician practices, oncology centers, and other referral sources within NJ and the bordering areas of NY and PAResponsibilities:
Forecast needs for business development in assigned territory.
Facilitate and maintain relationships with businesses including Hospitals, Healthcare Systems, Physician Practices, Oncology Centers, LTACH's, etc.
With the Executive team, set and achieve goals for growth.
Create effective and sustainable strategies for continued growth.
Attend Marketing Meetings as required.
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
Requirements:
Must have at least two years of experience in Hospice, Hospital or Nursing Home development.
Must have at least two years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
Must hold a valid RN license for New Jersey.
Reliable transportation and willing to drive extensively within the assigned territory.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Driven and motivated personality, looking for growth.
