Essential Functions:
Registers patients, reviews patient insurance plans, maintains accurate records in regarding referral, authorization for radiation therapy, office visits etc,
Answers phones professionally, records messages and forwards calls to appropriate party, reschedule and schedules appointments timely
Files patient information in a timely fashion
Excellent communication skills, time management and problem solving skills
