IT Project Lead Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Teams solutions such as Enterprise Voice, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Live Event (Townhall) for our enterprise customers. The candidate will also be involved in delivering live events and webinars using Teams Live Events and Viva Engage Events, will work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the best possible user experience and business outcomes and will work closely with Philips global Legal department for global and regional M365 data access needs.Your role: Design, deploy, and manage Teams solutions for voice, video, chat, and collaboration scenarios.Configure and troubleshoot Teams Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Phone System, and DevicesStrong knowledge of Teams architecture, components, and features, including voice, video, chat, and collaborationStrong knowledge of Teams Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Phone System, and DevicesStrong knowledge of Teams Live Events and Viva Engage Events including planning, production, and delivery.Strong knowledge in configuring encoders for live event streaming in Microsoft TeamsMonitor and optimize Teams performance, quality, and reliability using analytics Strong knowledge in Teams CQD in Power BiProvide technical guidance and best practices to customers and internal teams on Teams adoption and usage.Collaborate with other teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of Teams with other systems and services.Stay updated on the latest Teams features, capabilities, and roadmap.Good Knowledge in other O365 products (Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.,)Good Knowledge in Azure AD and IntuneYou're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Certified in Microsoft Teams Administrator (MS-700) and Collaboration Communications System Engineer (MS-721) or >5 years of experience in these areas.

Good communication skills – able to connect with higher management levels

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
