The Chief Product Officer, Connected Life Sciences (CLS) is responsible for the overall strategic vision, conceptualization, investment analysis, value proposition, design, build, deploy, and operational performance for the Connected Life Sciences business of Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE). You will work closely with engineering, design, deployment, and sales teams to ensure that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers and drive revenue growth. As a key leader, you will continuously work to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying, and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture. You will report directly to the General Manager, Connected Life Sciences, and you will work out of the Hamilton, NJ or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead offering management for Connected Life Sciences with focus on outcome-based cloud applications delivering edge to cloud solution for multiple life sciences verticals.

Set clear vision to define the data model, data contextualization, and data analytics to deliver the AI based applications of enabling cloud- based system to collect, connect, control, and optimize life sciences solutions.

Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and portfolio that aligns with our business goals and market opportunities around digitalization, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Build and manage a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver world-class products.

Collaborate cross functionally with teams and leaders in HCE and Industrial Automation (IA), including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure timely delivery and seamless integration of Connected Life Sciences solutions.

Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends to inform product development decisions and work closely with commercial teams to identify customer needs and market opportunities.

Define and prioritize product features and roadmaps based on customer feedback, product performance, market analysis, and business priorities.

Monitor and analyze KPIs, financial metrics, and market trends to assess offering performance to make data-driven decisions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of professional experience working with large enterprise environments known for innovation, diversified solutions/products, and end-user value obsession.

Demonstrated technical and SaaS product management lifecycle expertise and experience with a deep understanding and perspective on emergent technologies.

Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and managing high performing product teams.

Experience working in a matrix environment with teams in engineering, R&D, marketing, finance, sales, etc., using creative approaches to problem solving.

Proven track record of delivering successful software products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

WE VALUE

Life Sciences and/or other highly regulated industry experience, such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, genomics, and food & beverage.

Bachelor’s degree; MBA/Master’s degree(s).

Ability to utilize the knowledge from data and learn from it autonomously.

Ability to translate business requirements into practical application, ensuring that concepts get fully executed into product offerings that achieve a defined business outcome.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills with leadership presence and strong persuasion and influencing abilities.

A motivator who is charismatic, action-oriented, and confident with the ability to inspire confidence in others.

Strong business and financial acumen and learning agility to quickly comprehend Honeywell business models, technologies, products, software, solutions, services, and strategic growth plans.
